The Curse of Knowledge
Once a person knows something, it becomes very difficult to stand back in the perspective of “not knowing” to understand the problem. They unconsciously overestimate how much others know about the information.
If you only possess information without having actually executed on it, you’re stuck in the most dangerous position. You can only see the “information” but not the “information gap.”
